At Two Sisters Bakehouse, every loaf is handcrafted and naturally leavened using a slow fermentation process. Because our bread is made fresh and without preservatives, we take special care in how and when orders are shipped.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are baked and shipped within 2–4 days of purchase, depending on our baking schedule. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING DAYS

We ship early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to help ensure your bread arrives as fresh as possible and to avoid weekend transit delays. Orders are shipped either by UPS ground or FedEx ground. While we cannot guarantee delivery to your home by a specific date, upon arrival at the shipping carrier's office, ground orders typically ship the next day business and arrive at your location on the second day. UPS ground and FedEx ground cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. However, FedEx Ground Economy uses the U.S. Postal Service® for final delivery, including P.O. boxes. Please double check shipping information prior to shipping. There are no refunds or cancellations on orders sent to incorrect addresses or after the order has been shipped. Extra shipping charges apply.

FRESHNESS

Our sourdough bread is best enjoyed within 2–3 days of arrival. For longer storage, we recommend slicing and freezing your loaf upon receipt.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use standard and priority shipping options. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

WARM WEATHER NOTICE

During warmer months, shipping conditions may affect quality. While we package carefully, we cannot guarantee against heat-related changes during transit.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DELAYS & DAMAGES

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Thank you for supporting our small bakehouse—we’re honored to share our bread with you.
