At Two Sisters Bakehouse, each loaf is made in small batches using a long fermentation process. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been baked or picked up.

PRE-ORDERS

• Orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

MARKET & SAME-DAY PURCHASES

• All sales are final.

• If there is an issue with your loaf, please let us know the same day—we’re happy to make it right when possible.
